Yes, provided that SAW has received your transportation release form (available in the brochure). Please note that in order to protect the campers, we will not release them to someone other than those we’ve received written permission for.

Is the $150 deposit that’s due with the registration form per child, per class, or per session?

SAW requires a $150 deposit per camper enrolled, regardless of the number of courses or sessions.

The deposit is not refundable. Wooster Idol

Yes. Inform the SAW office and the receipt letter will be mailed home within 24 hours.

Because the registration form asks for our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for courses, how will I know what courses we get enrolled in?

SAW enrollment is done on a first come, first serve basis. We will enroll your child according to your preferences. Sometimes courses will fill and we need to look at 2nd and possibly 3rd choices at that point. In either case, a confirmation letter detailing the courses that you’ve been enrolled in is mailed home within 24 hours of receiving your form.

Where is the lost and found located?

We have several lost and found locations at SAW. One is at the pool, one is in the Alumni Gymnasium, and the other is next to the Dining Hall.

Can I get a prorated refund if my child is unable to attend a full session due to injury or illness?

Certainly. SAW is happy to accommodate parents and campers. However, reasons outside of injury or illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis only.

Does everyone enrolled at SAW go swimming?

No, only those campers signed up for morning swim lessons or an afternoon Recreation course get to enjoy the SAW pool.
