Transportation

No camper will be permitted to leave campus with anyone other than his or her parent unless camp administrators have been otherwise informed in writing. Standing orders can be indicated on our registration form.

What to Wear

Campers should wear weather-appropriate, casual summer clothing. Campers registered for recreation courses, an outdoor course, or the extended day program should wear sneakers, shorts, and a tee-shirt. Sunscreen is a must for all campers. Please include a bottle of sunscreen in your child’s lunch box. We are not responsible for any lost personal items.

DramaLunch

Parents must provide a lunch (including beverage) for full-day campers. We require the use of an insulated cooler with the camper’s name on it. On the last Friday of each session we provide a pizza lunch for all campers.

Lunch Bunch

Lunch Bunch is available to campers registered for the morning session only and is for those campers who desire to stay with us through lunch and recess (ending at 12:30). Campers must be enrolled in the entire session to be eligible for this program.  The fee for each session is $80.  Campers must provide their own lunch.

Fees and Cancellations

All fees are due by June 10. A $150 nonrefundable fee is charged per child. Cancellations made prior to June 10 will be refunded in full, less the deposit, provided that the Summer at Wooster program can fill the spot. All changes made after camp begins will incur a $25 charge. Limited financial aid is available, with a May 14 deadline.  Summer at Wooster accepts credit card payments.  You can now pay on-line!  Please visit us at www.summeratwooster.org for more information.
