Karate - Kempo Karate is an excellent activity to start at an early age, to help develop self-confidence, focus, discipline and respect for others. In a fun and controlled environment students will build motor skills by learning a series of punches, kicks and blocks. Throughout the course important character building lessons are also incorporated and each class day will end with a "Karate Game". All students will be provided with a White Belt at the beginning of the program. At the conclusion of the program all eligible students will be invited to earn their yellow belt at an optional belt rank advancement test, hosted at our Ridgefield studio location. This class is taught by Sensei George Wolff from Kempo Academy of Ridgefield. Grades K-5

Chef Rick's Baking Boot Camp –During Baking Boot Camp, your child will learn the fundamentals of baking as well as those specific to bread baking. They will discover the techniques used to create items such as cookies, brownies, muffins, quick breads, scones, and pies. There will be delicious treats to take home each class. After the lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on bakeshop production in this basic training course, your child will return home ready to dazzle your family and friends with their new found confidence and skills. Wooster's own Chef Rick will be the instructor. Grades 3-5
