Need images for a poster, report or project?

Some good sources for images for school projects:

https://www.photosforclass.com/

http://pics4learning.com/

www.picsearch.com/

http://flickrcc.net/

www.wikipedia.com

http://commons.wikimedia.org/

And you can always use images that you find in either Encyclopedia Britannica or World Book in your projects.

If you can't find what you need using these sources, you can use Google Images for school projects. Be careful what you are searching for!

If you need images for anything not related to a school project (like your own personal website or YouTube channel) make sure you are only using images with the permission of the owner of that image. You can copy and use images that have a Creative Commons license that allows you to reuse the image. Here's how:

Go to Google.com, type in your search terms in the search box and click on IMAGES.

Just under your search box, you will see SEARCH TOOLS.

Click on SEARCH TOOLS and select Usage Rights from the pulldown menu.

Click to check Labeled for Non Commercial Reuse or Labeled for Reuse. Either of those categories will narrow down your search results to images that you can legally use.

TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.
