Boys Varsity Soccer enjoying a night out at Planeta Brazilian Steakhouse

Boys Varsity Soccer has finished yet another two weeks of games. Coming back from our South Kent loss, we have won the past four games. Last Saturday, we played an out of league game against Hamden Hall, which resulted in a win of 4-1. The boys put up a good fight that resulted in a great victory for the team. Friday, we played The Christian Heritage School and again, won 5-0. Goalkeeper William Russell had a great game, including seven saves. Sophomores Parker Etzbach and Joey Everett marked up all the goals for the game. Etzbach having three, and Everett with two.

This past Tuesday, our team went out to dinner at Planeta Brazilian Steakhouse. We enjoyed the night out in celebration of our four-game winning streak.

Yesterday, on Thursday, we played Harvey on Tiedemann. We had a great win of 8-2. Sophomore Parker Etzbach scored three goals. Goalkeeper William Russell had a great game, with four saves. In the last five minutes, we swapped goalkeepers, Brooks Byrnes hopped in, and Will got to play the field and scored! Zach Felton, Joey Everett, PJ Tate, and Reid Etzbach all scored one as well. The boys are working really hard and we can't wait to see what HVAL's have in store for us.
