As the school year comes to an end, Wooster students are now faced with the question: What am I going to do over the summer? Considering the current circumstances, it seems that due to COVID19 that throughout June, July, and August people will still be encouraged to social distance. This eliminates summer jobs, vacations, and a majority of gatherings. This means students will now have more time on their hands than they did during online school.
Although watching shows and movies is a great way to occupy time, it is also something that can begin to fall under the category of tedious, especially after three months of streaming Netflix originals and countless family movie nights. So, for my article this week I am not going to recommend a show or a movie because not only do I feel as if there are no more shows or movies that I can recommend, I also feel that I am bored sitting in front of my computer or TV and can imagine many others are as well. However, I encourage everyone to maintain some sort of schedule and find other ways to entertain themselves other than a good movie or thrilling show.
This article marks the end of my series for books to read and shows to watch. I hope it was helpful during quarantine and if you watched any of the movies or shows, I hope you enjoyed them. Have a great summer and stay safe!
