Week 12:

Game 1:

Executive Fumbling (Mr. Newbury) VS. Puppy Bowl (Mr. Byrnes)

Score:

(4-8) Newbury- 126.22 (6-6) Byrnes- 137.68

MVP: Puppy Bowl's Josh Jacobs (48.3 fantasy points)
LVP: Executive Fumbling's Darnell Mooney (0 fantasy points)

This was a tough loss for Mr. Newbury. After coming off of a big win last week, Executive Fumbling was hoping to carry over their momentum into this week, but Mr. Byrnes had other plans. Some of the players on the team performed well, such as Josh Allen, Ceedee Lamb, and Isiah Pacheco helping Mr. Newbury get to the amount of points he had. Other players such as Tyler Higbee and Darnell Mooney had 0 fantasy points which cost the game for Mr. Newbury. Executive Fumbling has been out of playoff contention for a while now, but a win this week would have helped him not get last place in the league. He now has a record of 4-8.

This was a great week for Mr. Byrnes and his squad. The team put up 137.68 fantasy points which lead them to a victory this week. One player stood out in this matchup and that was Josh Jacobs. Jacobs has been Mr. Byrnes' best running back this season, and this week proved why. Josh Jacobs put up 48.3 fantasy points with over 300 yards from scrimmage. If it weren't for Jacobs, Mr. Byrnes would have 100% lost this week. Puppy Bowl does not have a playoff spot as of right now, but if they keep winning, they might be able to sneak in and have a chance to win it. They now have a record of 6-6.

Game 2:

NY State of Mind (Ms. Lingenheld) VS. BKLYN's OWN (Mr. Jackson)

Score:

(8-4) Lingenheld- 112.02 (3-9) Jackson- 76.02

MVP: NY State of Mind's Jonathan Taylor (18.8 fantasy points)
LVP: BKLYN's OWN's Mr. Jackson (5 bad decisions)

This was a much needed win for Ms. Lingenheld and her squad. Even though only 112 points were scored, this was a very productive week for NY State of Mind. Jonathan Taylor earned this week's MVP for a good reason. He was an early first round pick in this year's fantasy draft and for the first half of the year, he failed to live up to his expectations. He has now put up great numbers for around four weeks straight, and has shown no sign of stopping soon. If Taylor can keep this up, Ms. Lingenheld has a good chance at winning the entire league. Ms. Lingenheld should now start focusing on the playoffs as she has a record of 8-4.

Just when I thought that this team couldn't get any worse than they already were, Week 12 happened. The LVP of the matchup was Mr. Jackson. Two players in the starting lineup were ruled out before the games even started this week, so Mr. Jackson had the time to switch his lineups but he didn't. Another bad move that he made was that he started Taylor Heinicke (Commanders QB) instead of Kyler Murray, who is one of the best fantasy QBs in the league. Just when you think this week can't get any worse for BKLYN's OWN, Mr. Jackson started Tre' McKitty, who is the backup TE for the Chargers, and was projected to get only 1.3 fantasy points this week. Shockingly, he only got 0 fantasy points. This week is a week that Mr. Jackson will have to forget as he now has the worst record in the league at 3-9.

Game 3:

WIN Time (Mr. Lingenheld) VS. Antonio's Exit Plan (Mr. Swallen)

Score:

(7-5) Lingenheld-126.06 (5-7) Swallen- 130.0

MVP: Antonio's Exit Plan Chris Godwin (29.0 fantasy points)
LVP: WIN Time's Juwan Johnson (0 fantasy points)

This was a very tough loss for Mr. Lingenheld this week. A 4-point loss stings, but what is worse is when you put up 126 points in the process, which is a good week. There was one player that stood out as being the worst this week and that person was Juwan Johnson. Johnson has had a surprisingly good season, and this was the first week that he underperformed. Of course this week WIN Time needed him most, but fantasy football is a game of luck. As of right now, Mr. Lingenheld is in the playoffs, but only by a one game difference. If Mr. Lingenheld wants to win it all this year, he will have to start focusing on winning more games because if he loses the next couple of games, he could be out. He now has a record of 7-5 heading into week 13.

This was an excellent win for Mr. Swallen. Even though it was just a 4-point game, Mr. Swallen put up 130 fantasy points which is always a good sign. Chris Godwin deserved the MVP of this matchup because he put up 29 fantasy points. It has been a slow season for him after coming back from injury at the beginning of the year. Maybe after this week, he might be able to turn back into his former dominant self. There are still some positions that continue to not perform, but this team has really gotten better. Mr. Swallen has turned from what used to be a horrible season into a pretty good record as he now stands at 5-7.

Game 4:

Forever Wink's LVP (Mr. DeRienzo) VS. 203 Orthrus (Mr. Moskowitz and Mr. Levy)

Score:

(6-6) DeRienzo-153.32 (7-5) Moskowitz-107.72

MVP: Forever Wink's LVP's Miles Sanders (31.0 fantasy points)
LVP: 203 Orthrus' Mike Evans (5.1 fantasy points)

This was a very dominant week for Mr. DeRienzo. Only two of his players got less than 10 points which is extremely good. Miles Sanders got this week's MVP due to his dominant 143 yards rushing night. This was the first week that Sanders has broken out this season. Even though the team name says otherwise, Mr. DeRienzo made some smart roster decisions this week. Rachaad White was in the starting lineup this week and he ended up getting 20 fantasy points which is exactly what Mr. DeRienzo needed. At this moment, Forever Wink's LVP is out of the playoffs by one game. If this team can continue to play like this for the rest of the season, playoffs won't be the only achievement that the team gets. Mr. DeRienzo now has a record of 6-6.

This wasn't a good week for 203 Orthrus. The only good player on the team this week was Jalen Hurts who got 30 fantasy points in his game. There were a lot of negatives about this week starting with the LVP, Mike Evans. Evans is a talented wide receiver who has been a great receiver in the league for a long time. He hasn't had any great games this season, making him deserve the LVP with yet another poor fantasy performance. With Ja'Marr Chase coming back next week, Mr. Moskowitz might bench him if he continues to do this. This team was going to lose a couple of games at some point after their best WR got injured, but now that he is back, this team is very dangerous. There is a lot of hope for 203 Orthrus as they now have a record of 7-5.

Game 5:

Austin 3:16 (Mr. Fischer) VS. Speed Rules (Mr. Carone)

Score:

(7-5) Fischer-132.2 (8-4) Carone-97.1

MVP: Austin 3:16's Austin Ekler (25.0 fantasy points)
LVP: Speed Rules' Travis Etienne Jr. (0.3 fantasy points)

Another week, another win for Mr. Fischer and his team. Austin 3:16 now has a 5-game winning streak after this week's win and they are not going to stop anytime soon. Austin Ekler deserved this week's MVP after another stellar performance. Ekler is the top fantasy running back so far this season, and his production has helped along Mr. Fischer's hot streak. Even with a down week from top rookie running back, Damien Pierce, Mr. Fischer found a way to score 132.2 points. Austin 3:16 could have easily just deleted the team after starting off 0-4, but Mr. FIscher kept working on his team and now they are in a playoff spot. ESPN gives that team a 96% chance at making the playoffs. All Mr. Fischer needs to do now is get ready for the playoffs as he has a record of 7-5.

Even though this was a very poor performance from Mr. Carone, his team has one so many games that it doesn't matter if they lose. Travis Etienne Jr. was awarded the LVP for this week because he got only 0.3 points. The only reason that this happened was due to injury, but he still didn't produce anything this week. Etienne is not severely hurt, so he will be back in no time. Another notable player that didn't do well this week was Dalvin Cook. He put up 9.6 fantasy points in the Vikings' win against New England. Usually 9.6 points is good, but Mr. Carone is going to need more production from his star running back. ESPN gives Mr. Carone a 99% chance at making the playoffs which really means that he has already clinched it. Mr. Carone now has a record of 8-4.

Game 6:

The Injured Kupp (Ms. Thaler) VS. Spoiler Alert (Mr. Sacco)

Score:

(7-5) Thaler-110.66 (4-8) Sacco-167.04

MVP: Spoiler Alert's Justin Jefferson (29.34 fantasy points)
LVP: The Injured Kupp's Cooper Kupp (injured)

This was a tough week for Ms. Thaler. Even if she put up a lot of points, it would have been tough to beat Mr. Sacco's spectacular week. The team put up 110 points with most of those points coming from Nick Chubb and Justin Herbert. These two players combined for 48 fantastic points. Cooper Kupp was given this week's LVP for one specific reason. He is most likely out for the year, making him not able to be in Ms. Thaler's starting lineup. Ms. Thaler has one of the best teams in the league with Cooper Kupp, and now that he is injured jeopardizes this team. The Injured Kupp got a win in Week 11 which really helped their playoff chances. ESPN gives the team a 74% chance to make the playoffs. All Ms. Thaler needs to do now is get ready for the postseason as she now has a record of 7-5.

Mr. Sacco absolutely dominated this week. The team put up 167.04 fantasy points which is probably more points than the team got combined this season. Now that I have had the chance to look at this team, Mr. Sacco has a very good squad. This week, 6 of the 10 starters had over 20 points. That is a very good recipe for success. With each win, Mr. Sacco is moving further away from being the last placed team this year. ESPN gives Spoiler Alert a 0% chance at making the playoffs, so there isn't really a point at looking forward to that. Instead, Mr. Sacco needs to look on the bright side as he most likely won't be the loser this year. Spoiler Alert now has a record of 4-8.
