Wooster Students Compete at Connecticut Middle School Debate League Tournament

Wooster School's first ever Middle School debate team, coached by Latin Teacher David Moran, went to the Connecticut Middle School Debate League Tournament on Saturday, April 21 at Eastern Middle School in Greenwich, CT.
Lalo Farro, Cade Kukk, and Justin Silliman joined 221 debaters from 22 other middle schools to debate the motion: This House believes that Artificial Intelligence will do more good than harm.
They had a great first time out, preparing their arguments, working as a team, and thinking fast on their feet. They debated each side of the motion in three different rounds throughout the day.
