Wooster students Michaela Yang, Bella Friedman, and Max Chelso have work at The Katonah Museum of Art this month as part of the 37th Annual Young Artists exhibition.
The exhibition showcases the work of the most talented high school seniors in the region. Nearly 400 students from 40 schools in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Fairfield counties are participating in Young Artists 2020.
Bella Friedman was part of a group of students responsible for curating and hanging the exhibition, giving them a behind the scenes look at the curatorial process and the opportunity to work with student artists from across the region.
An opening reception will be held on Sunday, February 9 from 3:00 – 5:00 pm. The exhibition will be on view from February 9 through March 1, 2020.
