Flik Independent School Dining is proud to be the new dining service provider at Wooster School. We are the market leader in independent school dining, currently serving 150 prestigious private and independent schools. Our successful partnership with independent school communities is based on our mantra Eat.Learn.Live.
As your new provider, our business and responsibility is to provide a top quality, nutritious dining service. Our passion is represented in our menus and food preparation philosophy. We start with fresh, whole ingredients and prepare our menu items from scratch. School menus, which will feature local and sustainable items, are created on the Wooster campus, specifically designed for our dining facility and our community’s needs.

Meet Our Chef Manager - Rick Demers!
Rick comes to Wooster School with 13 years experience in private restaurants and country clubs and holds a degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
Rick recently spent time at Rye Country Day, The Hackley School, and The Harvey School preparing to begin his tenure at Wooster.
Rick is ServSafe Certified and has additional training in food allergies and handling special dietary needs.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Rick currently lives in Danbury. Rick is a father of two boys and in his spare time enjoys backpacking and homebrewing.
